It's a question I'm often asked these days (And I LOVE IT!). There is clearly an exciting buzz around real estate brokerages. With recent mergers and movement, it's given me pause to reflect on what's really important for local buyers and sellers.
I believe in personal attention.
For me, every home transaction is a unique and custom experience. There is no template or shortcutting the experience of finding the right fit for a buyer or seller (especially in our micro-market of LaMorinda). I treat every buyer and seller as if they are my only client and I want them to feel that way. I'm not satisfied until they are. Which is why, I choose to partner with Village Associates.

This is the town I grew up in and currently live in. I look at the people I work with as neighbors, not clients.
Lamorinda is my life. I know homes by the generations of families that have owned them and I refer to streets as places where my memories were shaped. There is no one more "inside Lamorinda" than me.
